Help! We are adding a female Shiba Inu puppy to our pack, which consists of a 10-year-old male Bichon and an 8-year-old male Shiba. The Shiba is definitely the pack leader. I'm afraid the new puppy will annoy him and he will hurt her. I think I need to separate them at first for her safety, but what is the best/safest way to help him accept her?
