I have a two month old Border Collie puppy named Gypsy. I am trying to teach her how to function while on a leash, but it's difficult! Even when I take her out to go potty she either bucks wildly on the leash or sits down and looks around. I stop when there's tension in the leash and call her back to me, but she can be stubborn about coming to me and sometimes it will take fifteen minutes just to get her to walk three feet! How can I make this process better for both of us?
